Rhino 3D: The Basics

Rhino is an extremely popular 3D modeling tool that specializes in working with complex geometries; lucky for us, it also does very well with simple geometries. In recent versions, it has even started to include a pretty solid rendering engine right out of the box. As such, there are plenty of reasons to learn Rhino, and in this session we’ll get started. In a following session, we’ll use Rhino to build terrain models from GIS data.
